This role offers a salary package of 1600 AED and a path to develop leadership, marketing initiatives, and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive customer satisfaction, monitor financial performance, manage staff recruitment and training, and uphold health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or equivalent role.
• Expert knowledge of food safety regulations, best practices in kitchen safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Outstanding leadership skills with ability to motivate a team of employees.
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing operational strategies that maximize customer satisfaction and profitability
• Monitoring financial performance, analyzing profits and losses and taking corrective action when necessary
