Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Property Consultants.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
• Post and manage job advertisements across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Directors and the HR team.
• Implement and optimize recruitment tools and dashboards.
• Enhance employer branding through recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process.
