Job summary

Uber Homes Real Estate is seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead recruitment for our Dubai-based real estate team. You will source and attract real estate talent, screen and interview candidates, and manage the full recruitment pipeline to support rapid growth.

You should have 3–5 years of Dubai recruitment experience, a solid understanding of the Dubai market, and strong communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in Dubai.
• Experience hiring for real estate / property sales roles is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of the Dubai recruitment market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source, screen and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proactive, organised and confident in dealing with candidates.
