Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate market, RERA regulations, and property trends.
• Proven track record of achieving sales + leasing targets and managing high-performing teams.
• RERA certification (preferred).
• Valid UAE driving license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and leasing team to achieve targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, tenants, and buyers.
• Collaborate with marketing for sales campaigns and promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with RERA and maintain accurate records.
