Job summary

Prime Luxury Properties LLC in Dubai seeks a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to attract qualified property buyers and investors for our Dubai real estate projects. You will design and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads to generate high-quality leads for off-plan and secondary-market properties.

Collaborating with the creative team, you’ll craft compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages, monitor cost per lead and conversion rates, and coordinate with the sales

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid lead generation campaigns.
• Experience in UAE real estate marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyse performance and turn insights into better results.
• Strong communication, organisation, and campaign management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads for off-plan and secondary-market properties.
• Manage ad budgets, audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign testing.
• Work with our creative team to develop effective ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Track cost per lead, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Coordinate with the sales team to monitor lead feedback and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain clear campaign reports and accurate CRM lead tracking.
