Qualifications

• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• 3-4 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
• Industry experience in real estate development, construction, or property management is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT laws, corporate tax, and financial reporting standards (IFRS).

Responsibilities

• Managing the company’s accounting system and financial records in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate VAT filing and compliance.
• Collaborate with external auditors and coordinate the audit process.
