Job summary

Altius Private, a newly established real estate advisory based in Dubai, seeks a results-driven sales professional with 2+ years of Dubai market experience. Build relationships, present opportunities, and guide clients through viewings and transactions.

The role offers an attractive uncapped commission structure, access to UK and international markets, and strong marketing and lead-pipeline support. Work closely with the founders under RERA standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years sales experience in the Dubai market.
• Valid RERA license required.
• UAE driver's license and own vehicle required.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of hitting targets.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Present opportunities to clients and conduct property viewings.
• Identify and develop new business through networking, market engagement, and industry events.
• Bring creative, considered approaches to generating new business.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of local market trends, legislation, and transaction procedures.
• Manage the transaction process end-to-end, including sales agreements, addendums, MOUs, and POAs.
• Maintain accurate client and property records across the company CRM and relevant portals.
• Qualify leads and manage data in line with company process.
• Meet individual targets agreed with management.
• Operate in line with RERA standards and the firm's professional and ethical expectations.
• Attend events, project launches, and other business commitments as required.
