fäm Properties Dubai is seeking a proactive Property Consultant to guide clients through buying, selling, leasing, or investing in Dubai real estate. You will meet clients, analyze market trends, match properties, and coordinate viewings while creating listings and handling negotiations.

The role includes a strong emphasis on client relationships, deal closure, and ongoing learning, with extensive marketing support and a transparent commission structure up to 70%.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required).
• UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
• Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice
• Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings
• Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties
• Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements and sales contracts on behalf of clients
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals
