Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Must hold a valid RERA certification (or be eligible and willing to obtain it immediately).
• Demonstrable experience in at least two of the three target markets (Resale, Leasing, Off-Plan).
• Valid UAE Driver’s License and access to your own car (essential).
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source new clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct thorough needs-assessments for client requirements.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Skillfully negotiate offers and terms between parties.
• Maintain a detailed database of clients and listings.
• List properties on major portals with high-quality photos.
