Tanami Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our Dubai-based team. You will specialize in connecting clients with off-plan and secondary property opportunities, guiding investors and end-users through Dubai’s dynamic market.

Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French, Czech or Russian is a plus, with mandatory English. Daily lead generation, client presentations, and participation in launches are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

Proven sales experience in Dubai (luxury preferred).
Brokers seeking growth, mentorship and structured development.
Demonstrated ability to self-generate business.
Strong investment mindset and market understanding.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, end-users, and developer sales teams.
Advise clients on project details, payment plans, ROI, and market trends.
Conduct property presentations, attend project launches, and represent the company at events.
Generate and manage leads through marketing campaigns, referrals, and networking.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
