Qualifications

• Motivated and ambitious individuals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven and target-oriented.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Dubai/UAE real estate experience is an advantage, but newcomers are welcome.
• Candidates currently in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Handle buyer, seller, and investor inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into clients.
• Arrange property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate and close sales and rental transactions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop your own network and personal leads.
• Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market, communities, and projects.
