Charity Foundation Dubai is hiring a Quality Control Manager to oversee all QC processes, ensuring top-quality standards across operations. The role requires fluency in Arabic and strong analytical capabilities, with a focus on regulatory compliance and continual improvement.

The successful candidate will lead a QC team, develop procedures, and liaise with auditors to maintain excellence in quality management within a prominent Dubai foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in quality control with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with local and international standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control systems across all departments.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure corrective actions.
• Collaborate with department heads to embed quality standards into operations.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on quality control practices and procedures.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and corrective actions.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
