Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient rehabilitation and physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical history, functional goals, and clinical evaluation.
• Apply various rehabilitation techniques including exercise therapy, manual therapy, massage, and electrical stimulation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on treatment adherence and self-care practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and medical specialists.
• Supervise and mentor junior rehabilitation staff and therapists.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental policy development.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
• Stay updated with advancements in rehabilitation medicine and integrate best practices into care delivery.
