The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, a valid license, at least three years of clinical experience, and strong communication, organizational, and IT skills. This role emphasizes evidence-based practice, ongoing education, and collaboration with patients and healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed by the local health authority or relevant government body.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
• Excellent knowledge in physical therapy techniques such as manual therapy, electrotherapy, exercise therapy, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Physiotherapist is to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, provide physical therapy interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with patients and their families as well as other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress in accordance with professional standards.
• Provide education on injury prevention and management of chronic conditions.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Assist with research.
• Participate in continuing education courses.
• Develop new treatments or techniques based on evidence-based practice standards.
