Job summary

PPOAR in Dubai is seeking an experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. You will design personalized programs, guide nutrition, monitor progress and ensure safety while motivating clients to reach health goals.

The role requires strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and exercise techniques; certification is preferred but not essential. We offer a competitive salary of 1,700 AED per month with room for growth and immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, exercise techniques, nutrition, injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
Personal trainer certification from a recognized organization is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

Design individual exercise programs for clients, taking into account any medical conditions or special needs.
Provide guidance on proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.
Monitor clients' progress and modify programs as needed.
Provide motivation, feedback and support throughout the program.
Assess client's needs and create tailored programs.
Teach correct technique on all exercises.
Ensure health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
