Qualifications

• Degree in Exercise Science or related field
• Certification as a personal trainer from an accredited program
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience working with diverse clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Effective time management skills
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and machines
• Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
• Willingness to stay up-to-date on industry developments

Responsibilities

• Design individualized exercise programs based on client needs
• Track client progress
• Educate clients about nutrition and healthy lifestyles
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique
• Provide support and encouragement to clients
• Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, and vital signs during exercise
• Maintain client records
• Promote new programs or services offered by the company
