Job summary

Want More in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design and implement personalized fitness plans for clients. You will monitor progress, adjust programs, and teach proper form while motivating clients to reach their goals.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience, effective interpersonal skills, and a solid knowledge of anatomy and physiology. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus. This role focuses on client outcomes and safety in a dynamic gym environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience as a personal trainer.
• Ability to design individualized fitness programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of safe exercise techniques
• Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
• Ability to motivate clients to achieve their goals
• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM) is preferred
• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Responsibilities

• Designing individualized exercise programs based on the client’s needs and objectives
• Monitoring client progress and making adjustments when necessary
• Teaching proper form and technique when performing exercises
• Motivating clients to stay on track with their goals
