Job summary

Rootsec in Dubai is hiring a Penetration Tester / Cybersecurity Specialist to test web apps, networks, cloud environments and mobile apps for clients across the UAE and GCC. You’ll operate manually and in depth, then translate findings into actionable guidance for decision-makers.

Eligibility requires UAE-based candidates with a valid residence visa. OSCP and CRTP are mandatory, and fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information security or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrable experience with penetration testing, ethical hacking and information security.
• OSCP and CRTP are mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Arabic is a plus.
• Able to document findings and advice independently and accurately.
• Analytical, pragmatic and comfortable working both in a team and on your own.
• Curious about new techniques and willing to keep learning.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute penetration tests and red team engagements for clients in finance, healthcare, government and industry.
• Find and chain vulnerabilities that automated scanners miss.
• Write clear, evidence based reports with practical remediation advice.
• Present findings to technical teams and to management.
• Contribute to our methodology, labs and internal research.
