Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of optical sales experience in UAE.
• Experience working in an optical store in UAE.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of optical frames, lenses, coatings and related products.
• Good spoken English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target oriented, professional and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, coatings and optical products.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
• Handle customers professionally throughout the sales process.
• Explain lens options, coatings and product features clearly.
• Perform lens edging for different types of lenses.
• Fit lenses into full-rim, semi-rimless and rimless frames.
• Maintain a clean and organized optical store.
• Support daily store operations and work with the team.
