Job summary

Puffy, a market-leading D2C brand with over $1B in sales, seeks a Data Analyst on-site in Dubai to own the full experimentation program from hypothesis to business recommendation. You’ll design tests, analyze results, and build data pipelines across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery, enabling rapid, evidence-based growth decisions.

You will work closely with Analytics and cross-functional partners, shaping the future of experimentation at Puffy with an AI-first toolkit and robust data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data analysis, experimentation, or CRO within e-commerce or high-traffic sites.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills across large datasets.
• Python (or R) for data manipulation and statistics.
• Proven A/B testing experience from hypothesis to business recommendation.
• Hands-on GA4 experience and event-based tracking.
• Experience integrating ad-platform data with site analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end experimentation program from hypothesis to business recommendation.
• Design tests, analyze results, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
• Build and maintain data pipelines across Shopify, GA4, Google Ads, and BigQuery.
• Ensure data quality, identify biases, and flag issues before reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing, UX, and development to implement changes.
• Develop scalable analytics infrastructure to support rapid growth.
