Responsibilities

• Safely transport employees, management, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
• Drive company personnel to meetings, offices, airports, and other business locations.
• Perform office-related errands, document deliveries, and collection duties when required.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS to avoid delays.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Monitor fuel levels and mileage, maintaining records.
• Ensure vehicle registrations and insurance are up to date.
• Follow UAE traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding company activities and travel schedules.
• Assist with loading/unloading documents or light office materials when required.
