The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification. Prior experience is preferred but not required; the ability to work under pressure with strong organizational and communication skills is essential. Salary is 1100 per month and reflects local market norms.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health condition and monitor changes.
• Provide accurate diagnoses and assist in planning treatment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the Doctor.
• Assist the Doctor in carrying out medical procedures.
• Ensure hospital policies on patient care are followed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
