Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including taking vital signs, providing medication and treatments, and monitoring patient condition.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatment plans, and changes in condition.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor patients' conditions and progress and report any changes to the physician.
• Follow safety procedures when providing patient care.
