Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing from an accredited college/university.

• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
• Ability to work effectively with other medical staff and provide patient care.
• Good communication skills and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on individualized assessments and developed plans of care.
• Ensure all patients' conditions are monitored and recorded accurately, safely, and timely.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document appropriately according to established protocols.
• Monitor vital signs such as blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, respiration, etc., as appropriate for the patient's condition.
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care services provided according to established standards and regulations of practice for nurses in Dubai.
