Qualifications

• Requires degree in civil/architecture/construction management.
• Proven ability to obtain NOCs and permits from multiple authorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and obtain NOCs and permits from authorities including DM, DDA, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Trakhees, EHS, DEQ, Etisalat, DU, Empower, and Tabreed.
• Coordinate with authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and bylaws.
• Prepare and submit applications for approvals and permits.
• Track and follow up on application status.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure timely submission of required documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with authority representatives.
