Job summary

Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a Project Coordinator | NOC Engineer for a Dubai-based construction company. You will coordinate government approvals, permits, NOCs, and regulatory requirements across the UAE, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

The role requires 3–5 years UAE experience in government relations, project coordination or related fields, strong knowledge of Dubai and Abu Dhabi authorities, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in a relevant discipline.
• Must be Arabic speaking.
• 3–5 years UAE experience in Government Relations, Project Coordination, Authority Approvals, NOC coordination or related role.
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government approval processes and permits.
• Experience with government authorities across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Proficient in MS 365, government portals, and document management systems.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on applications for project permits, approvals, and NOCs.
• Coordinate with authorities including DM, DDA, DEWA, RTA, Civil Defense, DMT, ADDC, DoE, ADPIC.
• Track applications, permits, approval statuses, renewals, and expiry dates.
• Review and resolve authority comments with consultants and project teams.
• Coordinate site-related permits and labour/entry/gate/road permits.
• Act as liaison between project teams, contractors, consultants, inspectors, and authorities.
• Coordinate authority inspections, site visits, and meetings.
• Ensure subcontractors comply with permit, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify compliance risks and escalate issues impacting progress.
• Maintain audit-ready records and trackers for permits and workforce documentation.
• Prepare management reports on approvals, compliance, risks, and actions.
• Work with PM, Construction, HR/PRO, Admin, Finance, and HSE to support delivery and mobilization.
• Ensure compliance with HSE/SHEQ policies and UAE laws.
