Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
• At least two years’ experience in Medical–Surgical ward.
• Basic Arabic language skills; verbal and written English proficiency.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to standards and legislation.
• Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety.
• Foster a positive patient experience and support nursing leadership.
• Supervise and mentor learners and nursing staff to build competence.
