The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards, and strong collaborative and communication skills to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and maintaining mechanical systems and components to meet customer requirements.
• Conducting feasibility studies on potential new products.
• Creating 3D models of components using CAD software.
• Analyzing customer requirements and making recommendations on design solutions.
• Testing designs to ensure they are safe, reliable and capable of meeting the customer's needs.
• Ensuring all design activities comply with relevant regulations, standards and codes of practice.
