Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Sales Consultant for its Linde Material Handling team in Dubai. You will drive sales growth, build long-term customer relationships, and identify opportunities to expand our material handling equipment business.

You will work with customers to understand requirements, present fit-for-purpose solutions, and support the sales process from prospecting through to closing and documentation, while maintaining high service levels and contributing to monthly

Qualifications

• A valid UAE driving license.
• Previous UAE sales experience in material handling equipment, industrial equipment, commercial vehicles, or related B2B industries.
• Experience managing customer accounts and developing new business opportunities.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers and stakeholders.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an active customer database to support relationship management, business development activities, and sales campaigns.
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand operational requirements and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while supporting branch profitability objectives.
• Present suitable material handling equipment solutions that meet customer requirements and business needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and development programmes to maintain product and market knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends and share insights with management to support business planning.
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation and deal files in line with company procedures.
• Support effective credit management by maintaining customer accounts within agreed overdue limits.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of required sales and customer reporting information.
