Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good communication skills (English not required).
• Must already be based in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various machines according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments when needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot issues with machines and perform minor repairs when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Keep detailed records of production outputs, equipment maintenance, and any incidents that occur.
