Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Factory Worker is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment and machine operation.
• Ability to follow safety and quality standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines according to company procedures.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machines for smooth operation.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine checks and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products from the production line.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area.
• Follow production schedules and safety regulations.
• Record production data and complete basic operational reports.
