Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages beneficial.
• Knowledge of wine varieties, regions, pairings, and storage requirements.
• Understanding of purchasing, cost control, and inventory management.
• Valid food handler card or alcohol service certification (as required by UAE regulations).
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to enhance guest experiences.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities
