Luxarabia Real Estate in the UAE seeks a driven Property & Investment Consultant (UAE Based) to identify premium real estate opportunities for buyers and investors in Dubai. The successful candidate will generate and manage leads, conduct property presentations and viewings, and guide clients through the entire sales process with exceptional service.

The role offers exposure to Dubai's luxury market, access to high-net-worth clients, and comprehensive marketing support to help close deals.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads and manage all client interactions through Bitrix24 CRM.
Qualify clients based on budget, timeline, location preferences, and investment objectives.
Present and promote off-plan and secondary market properties.
Conduct professional client meetings, property viewings, and project presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners.
Guide clients through the complete transaction process, from inquiry to closing.
Stay informed on Dubai's real estate market, project launches, pricing trends, and investment opportunities.
Attend company training sessions, developer briefings, and sales meetings.
Represent Luxarabia professionally and uphold the company's values of excellence, trust, and discretion.
