You'll handle soldering, laser welding, engraving, and watch services while balancing administrative duties and occasional weekend shifts in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing fine jewelry across precious metals.
• Knowledge of metal assay and gemstone identification.
• Ability to balance hands-on repair with administrative tasks.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and alter fine jewelry in platinum, gold, silver, and specialty materials.
• Perform soldering, laser welding, fabrication, assembly, enameling, polishing, and stone setting.
• Engraving and embossing using specialized machinery.
• Provide essential watch services (battery replacement, strap adjustments, bracelet sizing).
• Manage repair orders, parts inventory, and internal systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams and engage with clients to deliver on needs.
• Maintain strict workshop safety standards at all times.
