Job summary

Kinetic Business Solutions is hiring an Associate Creative Director to be based in Dubai. You will support the Creative Director, review concepts, and guide the design team on luxury residential projects for VIP clients, ensuring high-quality output.

The role requires strong presentation and communication skills and a deep understanding of Arabic and European design styles. Interviews are to be conducted face-to-face in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with luxury projects and VIP clients.
• Understanding of Arabic and European design styles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in maintaining the overall creative vision and design standards.
• Review and approve design concepts and project deliverables, providing creative direction and feedback.
• Oversee design quality across luxury residential projects, particularly for VIP clients.
• Ensure designs effectively balance regional influences with European and UK design aesthetics.
• Provide creative guidance to the design team and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Support innovation and continuous improvement across design and FF&E.
• Escalate key creative or project risks to senior leadership.
