Job summary

RTC1 Recruitment Services is seeking a Litigation Lawyer in Dubai. The role covers civil, commercial, labor, and real estate litigation with emphasis on client acquisition and strategic advisory in a dynamic UAE market.

You will manage cases end-to-end, coordinate with clients and authorities, and contribute to revenue targets while honing the commercial aspects of law in a global business hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a UAE-based law firm or legal consultancy.
• Proficiency in Civil, Commercial, Labor, Real Estate/RDC, and Debt Recovery matters.
• Strong sales and client-acquisition skills.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic legal-language capability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients from initial consultation to final resolution.
