Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance.
• Supervise compliance with legal requirements.
• Identify legal risks and propose solutions.
• Handle legal disputes and work with outside counsel.
• Assist in formulating legal policies and compliance processes.
• Support investment, mergers and acquisitions, and labor disputes.
