Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their rental needs and preferences.
• Stay up to date with market rental trends to provide data-driven advice.
• Match tenants with suitable rental properties and organize viewings.
• Create and manage listings for rental properties.
• Negotiate rental terms on behalf of landlords and tenants.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of tenancy contracts.
• Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and industry professionals.
