Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a Consultant IVF to support a leading reproductive medicine department. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on high-standard IVF and fertility preservation services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and performing procedures.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of IVF experience, a medical degree, and board certification. Competitive tax-free salary, accommodation support, and access to advanced reproductive technologies are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IVF and fertility treatments.
• Strong proficiency in ART techniques and reproductive protocols.
• Eligible for SCFHS licensing.
• Western training preferred including US, UK, Canada, or Europe.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic skills, and patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full fertility assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including IVF, ICSI, IUI.
• Perform IVF procedures such as egg retrieval, embryo transfer.
• Collaborate closely with embryologists and nursing teams.
• Educate patients on treatment options and risks.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation.
