The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in tendering, including 3 years in Dubai. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams on tender documents, preparing TTD plans, and ensuring compliance with local authority regulations. Excellent communication skills in English are required, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and related tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure tendering, with at least 3 years in Dubai.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai TTD procedures, RTA regulations, and authority approval processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical submissions for infrastructure project tenders.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and construction teams.
• Prepare detailed Temporary Traffic Diversion (TTD) plans.
• Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals and NOCs.
• Ensure technical documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide technical support during contract stages.
