Qualifications

• 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure works.

• Background with contracting companies.
• Solid knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage infrastructure scope for development projects.
• Coordinate closely with local authorities and utility providers.
• Act as the primary interface between consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Monitor site progress, quality, HSE compliance, and resolve issues.
• Manage contractors' performance, claims, variations, and certification.
