Job summary

Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an Immunology Consultant - Clinical Immunology in Dubai to provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex immune disorders. You will coordinate care with multiple specialties and supervise residents and fellows in a modern tertiary healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification or an equivalent recognized specialty qualification in Clinical Immunology or Immunology.
• Completion of accredited residency and fellowship training relevant to the specialty.
• Appropriate eligibility for consultant-level medical licensing in the United Arab Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients presenting with suspected or established immunological disorders and determine appropriate diagnostic pathways.
• Diagnose and manage primary and secondary immunodeficiency diseases using evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Provide specialist treatment for autoimmune and immune-mediated conditions according to disease severity and individual patient needs.
• Assess allergic and hypersensitivity-related conditions where specialist immunology input is required.
• Interpret advanced immunological laboratory investigations, antibody testing, immune function studies, and related diagnostic findings.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies involving biologic agents, immunomodulatory therapies, supportive care, and structured monitoring.
• Review therapeutic response and adjust treatment when disease progression, adverse effects, or changing clinical findings require intervention.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions with physicians from relevant medical and surgical specialties.
