Job summary

A leading regional construction firm based in Dubai is seeking an HC Lead - Talent Acquisition. This role involves developing talent acquisition strategies, implementing digital recruitment innovations, and ensuring organizational alignment with business goals. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, a solid understanding of job architecture and competency modeling, along with the ability to adapt to high-volume hiring environments. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition or HC roles with exposure to digital recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of job architecture, competency modeling, and recruitment analytics.
  • Experience in high-volume and executive hiring environments preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Intern & Fresh Graduate Programs in collaboration with L&D and HCBPs.
  • Lead senior management recruitment efforts, including headhunting and executive search coordination.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Analytics and other sourcing tools to optimize candidate targeting and engagement.
  • Develop and deploy video interviewing platforms and AI-powered pre-selection tools.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction.
  • Support OrgDesign initiatives by mapping roles and reporting lines.
