Job summary

OnTime HealthCare Services in Dubai is seeking an experienced Hair Transplant Technician to join our premium aesthetic and dermatology clinic. You will support the medical team through the complete transplant process, prepare treatment rooms, handle grafts, and maintain patient safety and infection control.

This full-time role requires hands-on experience, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent communication with patients. Eyebrow transplant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in hair transplant procedures is required.
• Strong knowledge of hair transplantation techniques, graft handling, and procedural support.
• Eyebrow transplant experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of infection control, sterilization, and clinical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the medical team during hair transplant procedures, including preparation, extraction, graft handling, implantation support, and post-procedure care.
• Prepare and organize treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and materials required for procedures.
• Handle, sort, count, and preserve hair grafts carefully according to established clinical protocols.
• Support the physician during different stages of hair restoration procedures while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
• Follow strict infection control, sterilization, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
• Provide appropriate patient preparation and post-procedure guidance in coordination with the treating physician.
• Maintain accurate procedure-related documentation and ensure treatment areas are properly organized.
