Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for print and digital marketing. You will collaborate across departments to understand design needs and ensure high-quality outputs.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 2–3 years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of CMS and web design principles are a plus. This is a full-time on-site position in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout and color theory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand design needs and objectives.
• Develop concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs.
• Design marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, website graphics).
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects.
• Coordinate with photographers, copywriters and other creatives to deliver cohesive output.
• Stay updated on current design trends and software.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
