Job summary

Health7Careers is seeking Consultant / Specialist General Surgeons to join a private/government multispecialty hospital in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of 3+ years post specialist certification and recognition of high-standard credentials.

The successful candidate will work in an advanced surgical unit with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to clinical governance and expansion of surgical services in the UAE. DHA/DOH license conversion support is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years post specialist certification.
• Recognised specialist qualifications including Arab Board, FCPS/FRCS/UK CCT or equivalent.
• Willingness to pursue DHA/DOH license conversion and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient general surgery care.
• Perform elective and emergency surgical procedures (laparoscopic and open).
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Engage in clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety.
