Job summary

PPG's Dubai facility seeks a Warehouse Associate to ensure smooth, accurate movement of goods in a structured warehouse environment. The role requires accuracy, organization, and reliability with handling inbound/outbound goods and documentation.

Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching orders, along with maintaining stock records and operating forklifts safely. English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or stores experience preferred.
• English proficiency; Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods, inspect for damage, verify against invoices and delivery docs.
• Sort, label, and store goods to optimize space.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately.
• Maintain stock records in the warehouse system and respond to enquiries.
• Complete receipt, transfer and dispatch docs accurately.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely.
• Support general warehouse housekeeping.
