Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts with 1 year in a shipping company.
• Experience in handling physical cash with a proven record of nil mismatches.
• Knowledge of Port / Shipping operations.
• Working knowledge of operating and/or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Verification and processing of petty cash claims.
• Regular reconciliation & allocation of open items.
• Issuance of Local Purchase orders (LPO).
• Reconciliation & COS submission for various visas.
• Arrangement & processing of Cash to Master requests.
• Handling the central cashier functions during staff leave.
• Compliance with local VAT regulations.
