Job summary

ConFlip in Dubai is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to operate heavy equipment for excavation, material movement and site grading according to project specs. You will perform daily maintenance, follow safety procedures and coordinate with the crew. A minimum of 2 years' experience, a valid UAE driving license, ability to read blueprints, and physical stamina are required.

Basic English is acceptable; strong safety awareness is essential. Freshers with training are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating excavators in a construction setting.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications.
• Physical strength and stamina to operate heavy equipment for extended periods of time.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations on construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators to dig and move earth or other materials according to project specifications.
• Safely load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment.
• Conduct daily maintenance checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed on the job site.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and supervisors.
