Job summary

Workato is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-level Truck Driver to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for fresh entrants with a 12th grade education and basic English, offering training and visa sponsorship. Note: accommodation is not provided.

Responsibilities include safely operating a truck, loading/unloading cargo, and performing pre-trip inspections. You will communicate with dispatchers to coordinate pickups and deliveries, while following safety policies and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Indian nationality with basic English proficiency and a 12th grade education.
• Valid UAE heavy-vehicle driving license (minimum 2 years).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Physically fit to perform loading/unloading tasks and able to work in outdoor environments.
• No prior truck driving experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a truck and transport goods within designated time frames.
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the vehicle.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members regarding pick-up and delivery schedules.
• Follow all traffic laws and adhere to company safety policies.
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and cargo information.
